RE:  Civil Action File No. 99-1-7941-__ (formerly Civil Action File No. 99-1-7941-35, formerly Civil Action File No. 99-1-7941-24)

Dear Judge Boyett:

Attached please find a copy of my September 18, 2000 letter, in which I requested clarification from you about your July 6 Order. It remains imperative that I establish your knowledge at the time of said Order. To that end, I again seek your timely response. Is your Order of July 6, 2000 in the above case null and void? Were you knowledgeable of Judge Nix's May 10, 2000 Order at the time of your July 6, 2000 Order?

Solely for your information, I have enclosed copies of the record, since my September 18, 2000 filing. It is evident that any judge who has sufficient information about this Civil Action, yet chooses to remain silent, is participating in additional trespass of my due process rights, particularly when multiple avenues are available for disclosure of judicial misconduct and/or criminal activity. I beseech you to act in accordance with your sworn duty to the Law.

Please respond.

Respectfully submitted,

Marquitta L. Portman, Plaintiff
