ORDER

It appearing to the Court that the office of the Superior Court Clerk has assigned the above-referenced case to the undersigned Judge; and it further appearing that the action is against other Judges of this circuit, as well as others. Said assignment to another Judge of the same circuit may create the appearance of a bias, prejudice, or conflict. The undersigned Judge hereby recuses himself and pursuant to 25.4(c)(3) of the Superior Court Rules refers this action to the District Administrative Judge of the Seventh Judicial Administrative District, Chief Judge Robert J. James of the Douglas Circuit for assignment to a Superior Court Judge outside of the Cobb Judicial Circuit.
