ORDER

It appearing to the Court that the office of the Superior Court Clerk has assigned the above-reference case to the undersigned judge; and it further appearing that the action Is against other judges of this circuit, as well as others. Said assignment to another judge of the same circuit may create the appearance of a bias, prejudice, or conflict. The undersigned judge hereby recuses himself and directs the Clerk of the Superior Court to re-assign this case and select a judge outside the judicial circuit to hear said case.
