As of May 10, 2000, the above cited case has been waiting for your assignment to a Superior Court Judge outside of the Cobb Judicial Circuit. Please forgive my inexperience in this matter for I am not a trained attorney, and therefore do not have prior knowledge of the expected time frame in which administrative actions are handled. It is by presumption only that I expected your immediate action, rather than the current 60 day lapse.

My request is that you move immediately to assign this case to a Superior Court Judge outside of the Cobb Judicial Circuit, thereby allowing me to submit my request for a timely hearing.
