Dear Judge James:

My request of July 10, as attached, has received no reply from you or your staff. The above case was referred to you for reassignment to a Court outside of the Cobb Judicial Circuit. Due solely to your inaction, this case is languishing in a perpetual state of impasse.

I am requesting that you assign this case as directed by Law, and do so at your first opportunity. I intend to pursue this action vigorously, yet I am barred from any further action until it is assigned by you. Any further delay could easily be interpreted as both purposeful hindrance and intentional violation of due process.

I do look forward to receiving notification of your assignment.
