Dear Judge McCombs:

I am copying you on this matter for the sole reason that Civil Action File 99-1-7941-24, in Cobb County Superior Court was intended to be declaratory of this specific dispute, yet by your Order, Daryl Kidd was dismissed from the case. He has subsequently taken action to re-file the lien on my property, without proper notice to me.

A review of his actions clearly shows that he is "taking under color of law." The method clearly denies any due process of defense.

It is my firm belief that the attorney's lien statute, if allowed to abuse citizens in this manner is a violation of due process rights, and a violation of the U.S. Constitution.
