RE: Threat of litigation for libel and response

The attached letters concern my Angelfire web site and are therefore, of probable concern to Lycos, Inc. Mr. Daryl L. Kidd, attorney at law, has threatened me with a suit of libel for the factual information contained on my web site. He has also threatened Citizens for Legal Responsibility.

Please note that my web sites are almost entirely pleadings of documents filed with the Courts of Georgia. I take full responsibility for the content of information at my web sites. I have been advised that if I remove any of the information, such action on my part may be interpreted as acknowledgment of libelous content. Therefore, I implore you to notify me directly if Lycos, Inc. believes that I have violated my agreement with Angelfire.
