RULE NISI

    Separate Motions to Dismiss having been filed by Defendant Jay Stephenson, Clerk of Cobb County Superior Court, Larry W. Yarbrough, and Daryl Kidd, Attorney at Law, in the above-captioned case, it is hereby

    ORDERED that the Plaintiff, Marquitta L. Portman show cause on the 15th day of February 2001 at 9:30 a.m. before the Motion Division of this Court why the Motion to Dismiss of Defendant Jay Stephenson should not be granted.

    Further ORDERED that the Plaintiff, Marquitta L. Portman, show cause on the 16th day of February 2001 at 9:30 o'clock a.m. before the Motion Division of this Court why the Motion to Dismiss of Defendant Daryl Kidd should not be granted; and

    Further ORDERED that the Plaintiff, Marquitta L. Portman, show cause on the 16th day of February 2001 at 11:00 o'clock a.m. before the Motion Division of this Court, why the Motion to Dismiss of Defendant Larry Yarbrough should not granted.
